An EV-grade graphite platform on the Mozambique Belt.
A long-cycle EV anode-grade graphite supply platform — operating plant, defined ore body and a phased expansion pathway.
Graphite is the single largest component, by mass, of every lithium-ion battery anode — and natural large-flake graphite of the kind underlying Unicorn's Lindi/Mtwara concession is the preferred feedstock for EV and energy storage applications. The project already produces 90–95% carbon concentrate from an installed plant, with a phased expansion plan and a clear position within the strategic supply chain diversification away from concentrated incumbent producers.

Staged equity participation · milestone-linked pricing
Equity is offered on a staged basis, with valuation re-rated at each permitting and development milestone — from prospecting through PML to grant of the Mining License. Capital is deployed across exploration and JORC certification, supporting infrastructure, mine development and phased expansion of plant throughput.
The detailed pitch deck — including JORC-stage reserves, financial model, licensing status and management profiles — is shared with qualified investors under a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement.
