Mr. Sujit Shyam is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Unicorn Minerals. He has built and operated public and private companies across multiple jurisdictions, taking his first venture public on the NASDAQ at the age of 24 and going on to execute cross-border opportunities across technology, commodities and resources.

Trained in computer science and information technology, he moved into mineral trading in 2001 and into upstream mining a decade later — building a working command of the full mineral value chain from exploration and concession development through processing, logistics and physical off-take. He sets the long-term direction of the Group and remains closely involved in capital allocation, partner selection and asset strategy.

Mr. Ramachandra is Chairman and Executive Director of Unicorn Minerals, with more than four decades of international mining experience. A mining engineer by training, he has led the technical execution of resource projects across multiple commodities and jurisdictions.

His operating experience spans gold, chromite, lithium, quartz, iron ore, marble and granite — including work in India's historic Kolar gold fields, and across Oman, Nigeria, Malaysia, Madagascar, the UAE, Tanzania and Bahrain. He brings deep technical depth to concession evaluation, mine development and operational governance across the Group's portfolio.

He is widely respected within the international mining community and is a recipient of the national award for excellence in mining, conferred by the President of India.

Mr. Nicholas Sloo serves as Chief Operating Officer of Unicorn Minerals and is one of Tanzania's most experienced exploration geoscientists. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Dar es Salaam, is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG), and is a JORC and NI 43‑101 certified Competent Person.

He has held senior technical and executive roles — including chief geologist, technical director and managing director — and has consulted for leading international mining and advisory groups including Canaco Tanzania, NMDC India, Oxley UK, RSK Environmental UK, DLA Piper UK and Antea Group France.

Mr. Sloo brings deep field and resource-modelling expertise across the East African greenstone belt — covering exploration planning, geochemical sampling, drilling, target generation, resource estimation, pit design and regulatory reporting.

Mr. Keith Rogers serves as President of Unicorn Minerals. A founding member of the Group, he has been involved in shaping its strategy and institutional positioning since inception, and holds long-dated equity interests across real estate, healthcare, hospitality and mining.

He brings extensive operational and commercial experience from large-scale US-based businesses — including a senior role within the conference and events platform at the Fontainebleau Miami — together with a long track record of partnership-building, capital structuring and stakeholder management.

He is actively engaged in philanthropic work supporting education, healthcare and community development across multiple jurisdictions.

Mr. Praneeth Alamuri serves as Executive Director — Strategic Resources & Global Expansion at Unicorn Minerals. A Canadian citizen and engineer by training, he brings an ambitious, execution-driven outlook to the company's expansion across Africa, the Middle East, India and North America.

With an entrepreneurial background spanning commodity trading, mining, energy and circular economy ventures, he leads strategic partnerships, investor relations and global growth initiatives — focused on connecting Africa's resource potential to international demand for critical minerals, battery materials and rare earth elements.
