Mr. Sujit Shyam is the founder and CEO of Unicorn Minerals. At the age of 24, he and his partners took their first company public on the NASDAQ, and over the years he has managed both private and public companies with a sharp acumen for identifying — and successfully executing — opportunities across multiple continents.

Though he holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Information Technology, his passion for geology and mining drew him into mineral trading in 2001 and the mainstream mining industry a decade later. He brings a thorough understanding of the full mineral production and trading life cycle, and is meticulous and detail oriented in his approach to business.

He credits Unicorn's success to the dedicated and efficient technical and management team he has assembled. Outside the boardroom, Mr. Shyam is an avid fisherman and pool player, and enjoys a good round of poker among friends.

Mr. Ramachandra is the Chairman and Executive Director of Unicorn Minerals and brings over 40 years of experience across the international mining industry. A mining engineer by profession, he has executed numerous projects globally and contributes immense knowledge and operational depth to the company.

His diverse background spans gold, chromite, lithium, quartz, iron ore, marble and granite — including work in India's famed Kolar gold fields, as well as Oman, Nigeria, Malaysia, Madagascar, UAE, Tanzania and Bahrain.

He is highly regarded within the international mining community and holds the prestigious distinction of being an awardee for excellence in mining, presented to him by the President of India.

Mr. Nicholas Sloo serves as the COO of Unicorn Minerals and is a renowned exploration geoscientist in Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from the University of Dar es Salaam, is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists (AIG), and is a JORC and NI 43‑101 certified competent person.

He has worked with and independently consulted for leading international mining groups including Canaco Tanzania, NMDC India, Oxley UK, RSK Environmental UK, DLA Piper UK and Antea Group France — holding senior positions such as chief geologist, technical director and managing director through his career.

Mr. Sloo brings deep hands-on knowledge of the East African greenstone belt, spanning exploration planning, mapping, geochemical sampling, trenching, drilling, data interpretation, target generation, resource estimation, pit design and reporting. Outside work, he is an avid sportsman and a committed Manchester United supporter.

Mr. Keith Rogers serves as the President of Unicorn Minerals. An American philanthropist and businessman, he holds equity interests across real estate, healthcare, hospitality and mining, and has been a founding member of Unicorn Minerals — at the helm of the company since its inception.

Mr. Rogers has a successful track record in management and is part of the multi-billion-dollar Miami Fontainebleau Hotel's conference and event management wing, generating daily revenues in excess of a million dollars.

He supports numerous non-profit organizations through his philanthropic work. Outside of business, he is an avid fisherman and pool player, and aspires to own his own pro-football team someday.
